All users can generate unlimited astrology charts at no cost. Free chart generation includes calculated planetary positions, house cusps, aspects, and visual chart rendering. No account is required for free chart generation.

Paid Services

AI-powered chart interpretations require either:

• Pro subscription — a recurring monthly or annual plan providing unlimited AI readings, PDF exports, and all chart types
• Single report purchase — a one-time payment for a specific chart's AI interpretation

Pricing

Prices are displayed on our pricing page and are subject to change. We will notify existing subscribers before any price changes take effect on their next billing cycle.

Payments and Billing

• Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment processor
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will retain access to paid features until the end of your paid period

Refund Policy

• Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time, but we do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period. If you cancel within 48 hours of your first subscription payment and have not used any AI interpretation features, you may request a full refund by contacting us
• Single report purchases: Because AI interpretations are delivered instantly as digital content, single report purchases are generally non-refundable once the interpretation has been generated. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery, contact us for assistance

Birth Data and Accuracy

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate birth data (date, time, and location). Chart accuracy depends directly on the accuracy of this input:

• Birth time is critical for calculating house placements and the Ascendant (Rising sign). If birth time is unknown, a default is used and house positions are marked as approximate
• Birth location determines the geographic coordinates used for house calculations
• Incorrect input data will produce incorrect chart results

Calculation Accuracy

Our charts are calculated using professional-grade astronomical algorithms. While we strive for sub-arcsecond precision, we do not guarantee that our calculations will match any other specific astrology software or service, as different systems may use different methods, house systems, or astronomical data sources.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Service, including its design, code, features, branding, and original content, is owned by ChartNova and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

Your Data

You retain ownership of the personal data you provide (birth data, account information). We do not claim ownership over your birth data or personal information.

AI Interpretations

AI-generated chart interpretations are created by the Service based on your input data. You may use, save, download, and share your interpretations for personal purposes. You may not resell AI-generated interpretations or use them to create a competing service.

Chart Sharing

When you share a chart via a public link:

• The chart's astronomical data (planetary positions, houses, aspects) becomes accessible to anyone with the link
• Your personal birth data (date, time, location) is not exposed in shared links
• You can revoke a shared link at any time
• We are not responsible for how others use chart data you choose to share

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Create accounts using false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the Service or its content
• Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination:

• Your access to paid features will cease immediately
• Your stored chart data may be deleted
• Provisions that by nature should survive termination (limitation of liability, disclaimers) will continue to apply

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
