Chart and Interpretation Data

When you generate a chart, we calculate astronomical data including planetary positions, house cusps, and aspects. For paid users, we also generate AI-powered interpretations. This calculated data may be stored in your account if you are a logged-in, paying user.

Free and anonymous users: Chart data is calculated in your browser session and is not stored on our servers. It is lost when you close the page.

Paid users: Chart data and AI interpretations are saved to your account so you can access them again from your dashboard.

Payment Information

When you make a purchase or subscribe, your payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers. We only receive a transaction reference and subscription status from the payment processor.

AI interpretations are only generated for paid users (Pro subscribers or single report purchasers)
The AI provider processes the data to generate your reading and does not retain it for other purposes
We do not send your name, email, or account details to the AI provider

Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party providers to operate the Service:

Payment processing — to handle subscriptions and one-time purchases securely

Chart and interpretation data for paid users is retained as long as your account exists
Free/anonymous chart data is not stored on our servers
Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations

When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data, charts, and interpretations within 30 days. Some data may be retained in backups for a limited period and in anonymized/aggregated form for analytics.
